Functions / Room Hire

Thank you for your interest in hiring one of our function rooms for your private event. Please complete this enquiry form to begin the booking process. Once submitted, kindly allow time for the committee to review your request. We will be in touch to confirm availability or advise otherwise.

We are pleased to host a wide range of events, including birthdays, funeral wakes, weddings, christenings, presentations, and corporate functions.

Please note, however, that due to the nature of our facilities, we are unable to accommodate events primarily aimed at young children. As such, we are not able to host baby showers, gender reveal parties, or birthday celebrations for those under the age of 21. 21st birthday parties may be considered, but only if booked by a member who has held continuous membership for more than 12 months.

Room Hire Fees

Established members (those who have been members for over 12 months and have renewed) may hire our function rooms free of charge.

Newer members and non-members are welcome to book our rooms at the following rates:

  • £50 for Porter’s Lounge

  • £100 for the Concert Room

To help us run events smoothly, we ask for a £50 refundable deposit which will be returned upon inspection of the room.
