Not a member? To hire a room, non-members will also need to become a member of the club (new memberships open from 1 January 2027: £15 a year, or £5 if you’re over 60), on top of the room hire fee. Ask at the bar for a booking form.

We are pleased to host a wide range of events, including birthdays, younger children’s parties, baby showers, gender reveals, funeral wakes, weddings,Please note that we don’t host 18th birthday parties. 21st birthday parties may be accepted with the approval of the committee, and must be booked by a member who has held continuous membership for more than 12 months. Newer members and non-members are welcome to book our rooms at the following rates:

£125 for the Concert Room
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you host a successful event. Members can request a room online using our members’ room booking form. Non-members, please phone the club or come into the club, where our staff will ask you to fill out a booking form for the committee to approve.
