Members’ room booking
Members can request Porters Lounge or the Concert Room for a private event using the form below. Your request goes to the club and is not confirmed until it has been approved by the deputy stewards. We’ll be in touch to confirm availability and the hire fee.
Not a member? Non-members can still hire our rooms. Please call into the club on New George Street and ask the bar staff for a room booking form, or email any questions to manager@eltonliberalclub.co.uk. Non-member bookings must be approved by the committee, and non-members will also need to become a member of the club (new memberships open from 1 January 2027: £15 a year, or £5 if you’re over 60) on top of the room hire fee. We host birthdays, younger children’s parties, baby showers, gender reveals, funeral wakes, weddings, christenings, presentations and corporate functions. We don’t host 18th birthday parties. 21st birthday parties may be accepted with committee approval and can only be booked by members with more than 12 months’ continuous membership. Planning a party?
